Oct 28, 2004; Newport Beach, CA, USA; Cast Member Michael Cassidy who plays Zach of the FOX hit TV show 'The OC' visited the Balboa Penninsula in Newport Beach to get a Key to the City and be immortalized in cement with thier hand prints to be placed at the enterance to the Historic Balboa Pavillion.
