Aug 22, 1996: FRIENDS Actor Matthew Perry in action skating with hockey gear during a taping of the Hollywood Hockey Cup at the '96 NHL Breakout in the parking lot south of the Santa Monica Pier in California. Perry grew up in Canada playing ice hockey and picked up roller hockey when he moved to Los Angeles.
